This Custom Hydraulic Power Unit Provides 150GPM @ pressures as high as 5000PSI Continuous to a large bore cylinder.

The large bore cylinder is part of a Forging Ring Sizer. This ring sizer machine rotates and expands heated metal to create Critical Rotating and Non Rotating Jet Engine Rings, such as Cases, Stator and Bearing Supports and Rotating Compressor Discs.

These parts are produced for Aerospace and Power Generation turbines.
