H Series High Pressure Piston Pumps
High pressure pumps operate with extended life at pressures to 10 000 psi (700 bar). These fixed displacement piston pumps include models in these Series:
The pumps provide a range of output flows from 1.5 to 17.2 gpm (5,7 to 65,1 L/min) at 1800 rpm. High Efficiency Design The checkball pump design uses piston check valves to direct flow from the pump inlet to the outlet. The positive-seating check valves provide high volumetric efficiency, especially at higher pressures. Contamination Tolerant The outlet check valves provide a relatively large flushing path for any system contamination. This makes the pumps ideal for systems where the fluid cannot be totally cleaned by filtration, or where it is just not economical. High pressure pumps operate at pressures up to 20,000 PSI (1380 bar). The checkball pump design is ideal for hydraulic systems with demanding conditions including:

PF500 Series Compact 10 000 psi (700 bar) Pumps High pressure capability and low input power requirements, as low as 1 HP at 10 000 psi (0.7 kW at 700 bar), make PF500 Series pumps ideal for applications with limited power supply. The pumps can also be used on portable power packs for high-torque wrenches, other service tools and similar high pressure applications.
Compact, High-Pressure Piston Pumps PF500 Series fixed displacement pumps operate at pressures to 10 000 psi (700 bar) continuous and 15 000 psi (1040 bar) maximum intermittent. Low Input Power Input power requirements, as low as 1 HP at 10 000 psi (0.7 kW at 700 bar), make these pumps ideal for use in remote locations with limited power supply. Flows from 0.22 to 0.70 U.S. gpm (0,83 to 2,65 L/min) at 1800 rpm are available in four models. Multiple Output Pumps Split-Flow® models provide multiple outputs for synchronized actuator movement or multiple function circuits. These multiple outlet pumps can efficiently supply flow in a circuit with changing flow and pressure requirements. This makes them ideal for Hi-Lo circuits on clamping, pressing and high-pressure tool applications. Bi-Directional Shaft Rotation With these fixed displacement pumps the direction of output flow is constant, regardless of drive shaft rotation. Bi-directional shaft rotation can be an advantage when using double-ended electric motors, requiring only one model to be specified. |

Dynex High Pressure Pumps
Individual piston check valves direct flow from the inlet side of the pump to the outlet port in these high pressure hydraulic pumps.
The positive-seating checkball valves provide better wear and high volumetric efficiency, especially at high pressure.
Hydraulic Pumps for Water-Based, Fire-Resistant and Other Special Fluids |

Dynex provides pumps for use with special fluids including a variety of water-based, fire resistant and others. The properties of these special fluids include a combination of high or low viscosity with either high or low lubricity. Various pump models are available for use with water glycol, Viscor and other diesel calibration fluids, Skydrol and other phosphate ester fluids, machining coolant, brake fluid, and various military fluids. Dynex high-pressure pumps are used in the production process for biodiesel fuel, including various transesterification refinery processes. These pumps can operate at pressures to 8000 psi (560 bar) with various vegetable oils. Dynex hydraulic pumps operate within a wide range of recommended viscosities from 31.6 to 3,142 SUS (1,5 to 680 cSt).
Special fluid applications include:

RHI is proud to represent Dynex and their checkball pump design, with its individual piston check valves. This design offers a unique advantage among hydraulic pump designs. With this design each pumping chamber can be isolated, and the output from each piston can be used separately! This means ONE Dynex pump can supply multiple functions and synchronized movement without flow dividers. They call this Split-Flow® technology with it's own patent. This unique design offers significant benefits including: |
