Oilgear has been an industry leader in the use of infinite life sleeve bearings that run on a wet film. Pressure lubrication to these bearings assures smooth control performance with better compensating stability, reliability and repeatability. A special hardening process is also applied to the control bores, which means you can maximize the cycling capabilities and double or triple the life expectancy of the control.

PVL/PFL Pumps

D Pumps
Oilgear Type D Variable Displacement Pumps are of the radial rolling piston and pintle type for pressures up to 3000 PSI.
D Pump systems are providing unexcelled speed control on processing machines. This pump is able to respond instantly to conveniently located electric hand servos or preset speed position controls.
With Oilgear Variable Displacement Pumps, power is only used in proportion to the work performed. The Volumetric displacement is selected to suit and the pressure responds instantly to the resistance met. No power is wasted in the form of heat through chokes, orifices, or excessive piping.

C Pumps
Oilgear Type "C" Constant Delivery One way Pumps are radial rolling piston fixed stroke units for pressure up to 3000 PSI.
Guided by the ingenuity and courage of those who pioneered and developed Oilgear Fluid Power transmission since 1921, the "C" Pump has a reputation for long, dependable service. They keep rolling along quietly.
To best meet the diversified use of fluid power, each Oilgear type C Pump is available with different capacity radial piston assemblies having continuous and peak ratings ranging from 1100 to 3000 psi.
